These tricks only help people who do not have a severe case of Acne.When it comes to acne, the sun is not your friend. The sun can inflame the skin, something you want to avoid when treating acne.
Drink Extra Water
This is one of the most important steps that you can do to help your body get rid of Acne on your chin, chest and anywhere else on your body. Water helps your body flush out the toxins that cause your skin to clog up. Increasing your water intake will help your body to improve your skin’s health.
It is recommended that a girl drinks up to 2.2 liters of water a day and male drinks up to 3 liters of water. Please keep in mind that this is an estimate. Every body can only handle as much water as the body allows. Do not push your intake to the point where you start to feel sick. Slowly add a glass of water a week and build up to the recommended amount of water.
If you want to clear your cheek and chin acne at a fast pace, I strongly suggest that you go and buy yourself Aloe Vera Gel. Make sure that the gel is as natural as possible. Aloe Vera is so affected because of its soothing properties. It will help to get rid of the redness in the skin and will stop the itch.
Place the gel on the affected area and leave on your skin for 10 minutes. Once it has dried, you can wash it off or you can leave it on. It really is your choice.
